Earth Venture Capital is looking for a Human Resources Intern to join the team, assist in HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Job Description
• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help in organizing and maintaining personnel records.
• Support HR team in C&B tasks.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and other internal events.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirement
• Interest in Human Resources and willingness to do and learn.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with other tools such as Canva and ChatGPT.
