These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of earth.vc (the "Site"), operated by EARTH VENTURE CAPITAL PTE. LTD. ("Earth VC," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who This Site Is For

This Site provides general information about Earth VC and the venture capital funds it manages, for informational purposes only. It is not directed at retail investors, is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or fund interest, and is not intended for use by any person in a jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to local law. 2. Informational Purpose; No Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing here should be relied on as such. Any views, market commentary, or descriptions of technology or sectors reflect Earth VC's opinions at the time of publication, may change without notice, and shouldn't be taken as a recommendation regarding any specific investment.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation;

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or any account;

Introduce malware, or interfere with the Site's normal operation (including through scraping at a volume that burdens our infrastructure);

Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, including when submitting a contact, newsletter, or event registration form;

Reproduce, resell, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

Our content. Unless otherwise noted, all text, graphics, logos, and other material on this Site are owned by Earth VC or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download material for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

Portfolio company marks. Names, logos, product images, and trademarks of portfolio companies referenced on this Site remain the property of their respective owners and appear here with permission or under applicable fair-use principles specific to the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing on this Site grants you any right to use a portfolio company's name, logo, or other mark.

Feedback. If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Site, you agree we may use them without any obligation to you.

5. Third-Party Links

This Site may link to websites operated by third parties, including portfolio companies, media coverage, and industry sources. We don't control those sites, don't endorse their content by linking to them, and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Accuracy of Information

We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice. In particular, and as described further in Disclosures: information about portfolio companies, including impact and performance claims, may be sourced from those companies and has not necessarily been independently verified by Earth VC.

7. No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — to the extent permitted by law — warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Earth VC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that can't be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Earth VC harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Site or These Terms

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time. We'll post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
