Job Description
As a Chief Accountant cum Finance at Ampotech Vietnam, you will play a central role in accounting management, financial planning, regulatory compliance, and developing financial strategies aligned with the company's growth direction.
Responsibilities:
1. Accounting and General Financial Management
·                    Manage and execute general accounting activities: review financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with current accounting regulations.
·                    Monitor and control cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
·                    Oversee and manage inventory: accurately record stock-in and stock-out activities, conduct periodic inventory checks, and maintain precise inventory data.
·                    Review financial terms in customer contracts to ensure payment commitments are fulfilled correctly and in full.
2. Capital and Cash Flow Management
·                    Handle investment capital procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and requirements from the parent company or investors.
·                    Manage cash inflows and outflows, optimize capital usage, and maintain financial stability.
·                    Prepare internal reports on fund disbursement and capital utilization for relevant stakeholders.
3. Financial Planning and Process Optimization
·                    Assist in financial planning and annual budget management.
·                    Improve and optimize accounting processes to enhance efficiency.
·                    Provide financial strategic advice to the management team.
4. Auditing and Legal Compliance
·                    Coordinate with auditors to conduct audits and file annual tax reports.
5. Operations, Administration, and HR Management
·                    Manage legal documents, contracts, and administrative-HR-related matters.
·                    Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirement
·                    Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a General Accountant – Finance role or equivalent.
·                    Proficiency in common accounting software such as MISA, QuickBooks, or similar.
·                    Strong knowledge of financial and accounting regulations.
·                    Excellent organizational skills, high resilience under pressure, and sharp analytical thinking.
·                    Good communication skills in English.
·                    Chief Accountant certificate required.
·                    Preferred: Candidates with experience working in a dynamic startup environment.
