Investment Associate

Earth VC backs early-stage founders building the hard-tech infrastructure for the climate transition — Hardtech, Energy, and Green Manufacturing, from pre-seed through Series A. We're a small, hands-on team: every hire works directly with the people making investment decisions, not a platform layer removed from them.

Earth Venture Capital is hiring an Investment Associate to run the day-to-day engine of how we invest — sourcing and diligencing new deals, tracking portfolio performance, and turning that work into decisions and updates for our fund management team, our portfolio companies, and our own investors.

You will combine rigorous deal work with hands-on portfolio support: researching markets and sourcing founders, building the investment cases that reach our fund management team, and staying close enough to the portfolio to help unblock hiring, partnerships, and the next round when it counts. Sourcing gets the attention, but the job is full-cycle: the same associate who screens a deal today tracks its performance next quarter and helps it raise the round after that.

This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and work closely with the Investment Principal.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years relevant working experience in high-tech startups, venture capital or entrepreneurship;

• Bachelor degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), Business Development, Finance or related field;

• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
