Job Description
We’re building a new operational team following a surge in client deployments. This is a technical, hands-on position that involves supporting and maintaining our traffic management systems in the field.
While this is not a coding position, you’ll be expected to work with scripts, basic configurations, and understand how our software behaves in real-world environments. If you're comfortable with technical tools and curious to learn, this is your chance to join one of the most exciting startups in smart mobility.
What You’ll Do
Deploy and configure new intersections and client sites
Calibrate and validate system behavior according to traffic logic and regulations
Monitor system health, investigate anomalies, and follow up with the R&D team
Support scaling operations, such as adding new intersections to existing clients
Run scripts and verify backend processes during installations and tests
Test and validate new features developed by the product and engineering teams
Requirement
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with configuration files or simple scripts
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Quick to learn new tools and workflows
Interested in technology that makes a real-world impact
No prior experience required, but curiosity and a problem-solving mindset are essential
Valid driver’s license
Working in an onsite setting
