Job Description
As a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you’ll play a vital role in our design, prototyping, and testing efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the design and analysis of mechanical systems for nuclear energy applications.
Conducting simulations and computational analyses to ensure system reliability and safety.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support prototyping and testing initiatives.
Preparing technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and presentations.
Contributing to innovative solutions that enhance performance, efficiency, and safety in nuclear systems.
Requirement
We’re seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals who meet the following criteria:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, and materials science.
Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX, Inventor, etc.) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN, STAR-CCM, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Passion for clean energy and a commitment to innovation.
