Job Description

You will report directly to the Production Lead.


Your daily schedule will include frequent interactions with members of a multi-disciplinary team. You are meticulous, hardworking, and equally comfortable working at sea trials, and a normal workbench in the office.


Job Scope


  • Manufacture and assemble parts following work instructions, and adhering to deadlines

  • Conduct testing on parts and document test results

  • Assist engineering team to set-up and conduct experiments and prototypes.

  • Assists Engineering in investigating and resolving on-site and off-site issues and tickets.

  • Record and contribute to the SOPs to ensure high quality of goods produced

  • Maintain good housekeeping of the warehouse and workspace, and keep workspace fully stocked on supplies

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking and packing

  • Assist with Logistics, such as updating of administrative documents

  • Assist with tasks from other technical staff

Requirement

  • Active learner, with ability to execute tasks independently

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented

  • Practical hands-on experiences, such as any of the following: soldering, crimping, harnessing, mechanical assembly, drilling, sanding, etc.

  • Technical certificate of competence (NITEC/Diploma)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and skills to prioritize and deliver against timelines
